OAK77

OAK77 is the inaugural project for the newly formed boutique developer, Oaktree Development. Our united objective is to provide an elevated design option for residential projects in the city of Taipei.

Located in the Xinyi District of Taipei, OAK77 draws inspiration from the ancient Chinese jewel boxes. The facade is expressed in various proportioned ‘Boxes’, with angled surfaces to capture the changing light. The balcony windows are angled to address orientation of the units vs. the main road, and the finer grain of the bronze railings juxtaposing against the solidity of the white granite.

OAK77 is currently sold out, and will be completed in 2025.
