Villa #5

Kecerra was tasked with designing the interiors of a Villa for a private client in Chengdu, China. Spanning three floors with over 4,000 sq.ft. of living space, the client wanted a minimalistic style that was still warm and welcoming.

Light colored White Oak was selected as the primary material for the walls and flooring, with bronze trims as highlights. As the ceiling heights were relatively low, an open plan was adopted to allow the programs to flow on the main floor. The basement program include a Movie /Karaoke Room that is highlighted by feature wine cellar, as well as Gym and Sauna facilities.
