Kecerra is working with a consortium of investors interested in entering the Thailand market to capture this future potential, and have analyzed land parcels in Phuket and Bangkok. Kecerra provides site analysis and project feasibility studies, as well as design and developement potentials.

Kitsilano Home

Located right next to the famed Kitsilano Beach, and teeming of cafes and restaurants, Kits Point is a much sought after neighbourhood in the beautiful City of Vancouver.
Partnering with a client that has purchased an empty plot of land many years ago, Kecerra managed the Projects and its consultants, taking the project from conception, through Development Permit, and is currently being reviewed for its Building Permit.
The single family home is designed to be practical through a modern architectural style that will allow the project to standout from the other houses in the area. The planning provides separate units used as revenue generators, while flexible enough to be able to combine back as a single family home.

Wulingyuan Tourism Proposal
Zhangjiajie, Hunan, China
Zhangjiajie, in the province of Hunan, is home to the world famous Wulingyuan Scenic Area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1992. The rock formations and added attractions draw over 80 million visitors a year.
A private developer has plans to purchase a 1.3 sq.km. site, and contracted Kecerra to develop a Concept for a tourist destination that would includes e a commercial center, performance and cultural venues, hotels, and residential housing.
The proposal was presented and well received by the Government, but due to Covid, the project has been placed on hold.
